I am on my desktop right now and can access the community. When I try to use the community on my device, I cannot. I click on menu and I get blank lines where the discussions, etc should be. There is a >> at the end of the blank line and when I click it, it does nothing. It has been like this for a couple of days. I love to get on the community before bed and answer questions and talk to others. It also runs very slow because of the scrolling pictures (no active content, eBay!) Anyone else having problems on their device (Kindle Fire is what I use). Forgive me if I don't answer back right away because I will be away from my desktop all day. Hopefully this can get cleared up.

The community pages were updated to a new format a couple of days ago. If your issue persists, send an email from your registered email account to ebay. Use a subject Re:Trinton, Re:Alan, or Re:Heidi. Be sure to include your userid and let them know of the issue.

I don't facebook or twitter. Will check my device tonight to see if anything has changed. No problem on my desktop, as usual.

We're investigating this topic at the moment. I can replicate this on my phone.
Thanks.

Thanks Alan. Still can't access the menu on my Kindle. I really miss answering questions at night (when I'm supposed to be sleeping!). It was working fine until someone "fixed" it with the new format.

I can finally access the menu but it still runs extremely slow and the menu covers half my screen. Not as easy to use--NOT an improvement or upgrade.

Having issues once again. It takes 37-42 seconds for the menu to show itself after I click on it and this same amount of time to choose a category. Same time for the question to come up. By the time I can answer, there are 5 other replies. Either that or I just log out because it is a waste of time waiting...

Sorry to hear that it is loading so slowly for you. This has been identified as a bug with the Lithium platform, they're working to fix this as soon as possible.
Thanks.

alan@ebay. Still having the same issues 2 weeks later. I answered a question this evening and had to wait 59 seconds before I got the success message. I still have a lag time around 15-30 seconds with each category and I don't even know if anything is happening because I don't get the "thinking" circle. I usually answer one question and leave the community out of frustration. Frankly, all responders are needed. I can't tell you how many unanswered questions in the member to member forum I see every day...questions I could answer correctly if I were allowed. I guess that's another subject!

Finally fixed after 2.5 months. So glad it was a high priority...she said sarcastically!

This was fixed a number of weeks back. My apologies for not closing the loop by updating this thread at that time.
