link to order when coustmer files a request

When a coustmer request something after an order like shipping info or other info about the order, it would be so nice to have a link to that order so i know my coustmer is talking about. i use buy it now on muiltables of the same items so the links that just point to the product do not  help me at all. any ideas out there.

As a seller you can view order details

My ebay
sold
items will appear & over on right is drop down with more actions, click their for view order details
Once you click view order details it should give you everything you need
