can't upload or drag photos

Can't upload photos when creating a new listing or revising an old listing. (drag, drop isn't an option).  I'm an experience seller. Same in Chrome, Firefox, Safari. My software is up to date.

I'm having the same problem since yesterday!  Why can't they send an email telling us what's going on!  I've got a lot to list and can't do it
