Hi all:
I'm an 18 year member and recently since 8/20/2021 I have not been able to place a listing, I always got stuck at the verify phone page, telling me that something was wrong. Finally got someone to call me back to be told that they had deleted my selling account because I had not sold in 5 years, like that mattered. I was then told that there is a glitch that Ebay has known about but that it is being addressed, yet I still can't register my selling account.
Why would they care if I hadn't sold in 5 years. I would just update my credit card for sellers fees and go from there. Just in case someone suggests doing this I tried and get sent back to the verify phone page, and then stuck again.
There is no email or phone number for tech support and just having front line or supervisor send email seems like a dismissal of my issue.
Can anyone help.

i have the same problem, no one can fix the issue. they need a tech support number.

Have you registered for managed payments yet?

I have not. I'm a small seller. If I do 30 sales for the rest of the year that will be huge.
Would registering for Managed Payments help. I've not heard of this option, and would it be worthwhile for me being a small scale seller.
