It's not you, it's eBay!
I and many others are experiencing the same problem.
There are many posts on many different threads here. The problem started a few days ago and has gotten worse. Appears to be affecting Internet Explorer and possibly Firefox. There are some suggestions on other threads re. how to access. I was able to access via another eBay page, but not sure if this will work for you.
Many customers (especially Buyers) won't spend a lot of time on this and will stop using eBay.
