can't get in my store

My husband and I each have a E Bay store with all seperate information to get in them. As of this morning when I had checked my store I logged out and logged into or tried to my husbands store. Captha wants to know if I am human and yes, then click on cetain pictures and then it goes back to Captha, and over and over never letting me in. Waited 4-ever to try and talk to someone on EBay, I did all the stuff from changing from Chrome to another, didn't work, deleted all info, cookies etc, didn't work, turned computer on and off, didn't work. We have another computer so tried that one and same thing around and around we go with Captha. How and what happened from last night to this morning? I have been going back and forth listing between our stores for 5 years now and no problem. E Bay lady said she could no longer help didn't know what was wrong. If the problem were entirely cookie-related, then using a different browser or a private or incognito browser window should have allowed you to sign in again.

I have seen a few recent posts about users having problems switching between accounts, so you are not alone.

Likely the problem is a combination of things: eBay may have made some change, combined with your own browser settings or privacy software. Something in your history or settings, or possibly a problem with your bookmarked link you are using to sign in. Try temporarily disabling add-ons, or use the latest version of a new browser you have not used before.

Make sure your browser is not blocking cookies or blocking third-party cookies, disable enhanced tracking protection on eBay. Try manually erasing eBay cookies once to rule out a corrupt cookie. Be sure the page is loading completely before manually entering username and password information.

If you do find some combination that allows you to sign in, you can avoid many sign-in or verification issues related to account switching by using one browser for each account and by not signing out.

No, tried the other two sign in's and no luck   I have somehow got my husbands store open on one computer in our bedroom and mine here in the livingroom   I'm ok  with this way, a bit more difficult
