can't contact a seller

I am trying to contact a seller to discuss an issue I have with my purchase. As soon as I start to type a message it disappears and there is no way to get back into the message box. If I refresh I get another chance but the same thing happens???

Are you using Safari or Chrome? Try a different browser to see if that changes anything.

If that doesn't help, try using the app as a temporary workaround if you have a smartphone.

Thanks, it worked in Safari but not in Chrome.
