I have an auction I'm trying to list. However, when I hit list item at the bottom of the form, the screen goes gray and nothing happens. The item is in my draft folder but no matter what it would go to the scheduled item folder. I've tried numerous times but no luck.
I logged out and back into my account but that didn't help. I guess I'll try to log off computer and back on.

Try clearing your cache, then log off and on again. Go to the drafts page. and make a copy (with text and pics) of the item you want to list. then try to list the copy. Usually works for me. If you get an error message when making the copy, ignore it, close the error window and refresh the page. You will probably see the copy is there despite the error message.
Not sure about how many drafts you can create but I recently went 'round with a couple of CS reps on how long they can stay on the list. The gist is drafts can remain 30 or 90 days depending on which CS reps you talk to. My workaround is to post drafts and then copy them before 30 days. When the originals disappear (which they will do without warning or chance of retrieval), I copy them again and so on, ad infinitum. Keeps the important ones up and available all the time. HTH.

Same problem. What bimm_corp is recommending will not work. I did all this. Ran a Malware scan, rebooted my computer. None of it worked. And it's been like this all day. I got one listing listed in incognito mode through Google Chrome. But couldn't do it again using the incognito mode. Same problem. Grey screen with the listing in the background frozen. No pop up window saying you listing is complete with options like normal. Nada.
I am a low volume seller, I have only used six of my free 200 listings for the month.
I was told by a rep earlier today that it was a system wide problem. I can't find many people people saying they are having the problem though I am sure they are.....
I have not tried another browser.
