can't change prices on BIN or auction to finish my ad

Hello,

This is anew one to me. I am creating an ad that has not been listed yet. I can do everything but I can't enter a price if I list it as BIN or auction. It will only allow me to pick prices from a short previously used list.

Is this just a new glitch or am I suddenly after 20 years doing something wrong?
