can't bulk edit to update items on all pages August 31, 2017

I was able, hours ago, to update listings using bulk ago but now I went to my all selling (active) and - like I've done many times, I click the box above all my listings to select as I planned on doing some more bulk editing and the first thing I noticed is that I can only:

1) select the listings on the page and no longer see the option to select all my active listings .... and

2) when I went back starting about 1 hour ago I can select my listings by clicking the same box I referred to above but there is absolutely NO BUTTONs or DROP DOWNs (like edit allowing me to select all, just the page or an individual listing) ... nothing.  So I can select but I can't do anything with what I selected?  

I checked technical and forums with nothing showing up.  Any suggestions?  Thx, merzies

I cannot load my purchase history page.
I cannot load my watch list without a 90 second wait.
It will not allow me to do certain searches.
And I cannot get to my listing page on the sell side. S

I am also not able to bulk edit at this time and was able to earlier today. Site has been very glitchy today. There's not even an option to click "Edit" or "Revise" unless you choose to do so individually.

Same here. Bulk edit vanished sometime in the past few hours. POOF! It's gone.
