can not copy draft listings

When copying a draft, it comes up something went wrong. I have to refresh the page to get the copy of the draft.

Hello eBay community,

I too experienced the same. when I drafted a listing and tried to copy another, it displayed this error. Then I clicked ok and refreshed the page, it displayed the copy. No idea why this error comes every time. It is more than a week now. I have drafted several products neglecting this error. after publishing the listings I didn't received confirmation e-mail from eBay. but all listings are active. No any error. Then I listed another product without copying and making changes to the drafted one. That listing published same as previous listings and received confirmation email from eBay also. Is there any problem in this? I too want to clarify this.

I contacted ebay who sent this reply.

According to your query, I have checked your eBay account. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the exact issue which you were referring. In order to investigate further, we would require few more information. I request you to please share error message or shreenshot error of your draft so that we can resolve your query in the best possible manner.

Sona, I would like to inform you that "We regularly review our internal procedures, but at this time we are unable to review your draft on your behalf. However, I would request you to share the screenshot of complete draft listing, title and all other details to take appropriate action on your account to resolve issue"

Problem is there is no way to reply to them with a screenshot. I am astounded by the lack of technical assistance!

SAME, FOUND THAT REFRESHING PAGE WORKED, NOT THIS WEEK, I CAN'T USE THAT FEATURE AT ALL ANYMORE???
