below standard rating

I have had over 200 of my listed items put in unsold because I received a below standard rating.  I had knee replacement surgery and wasn't able to be productive on ebay.  Now, I only get reviewed once a month.  Is there any way I can contact ebay and plead my case, or any other suggestions?

You can send removal defects requests to ebay, defects that caused your below standard rating, Go to the following link:

Sir, May i know what are the reasons that ebay downgraded your performance into "Below Standard"??

You've had at least three paid transactions recently where you couldn't find the item, and that's a very fast way for a seller to fall below standard. You also are breaking policy on here by leaving negative comments under a positive for buyers who didn't pay. If you want to move back up to above standard, you really need to follow the policies for this platform. Hope you are recovering swiftly from your knee surgery. Best of luck to you....

Hello, it's because I had three items that I couldn't locate and wasn't able to fill the order.  I want to know how I can get back in good standing.  I used to have over 400 items and now I have 155.  What can I do? Thank you for your time.
