This is after clearing the cache and all the other suggestions.
I know that I had two sales today as I saw the notifications.
1. If I go to seller hub it shows that I have 2 sales that need to be shipped, which is what I expected.
2. When I click on Print Labels and Ship under Tasks (or alternately, Awaiting Shipment - Print Shipping Label under orders) I am brought to a screen that shows only ONE order that I can purchase a shipping label for.
3. I go back to Seller Hub and select Payments - Transactions to check to see what happened to the second sale.
4. I click on the order number of the missing sale from this screen, and am brought to a screen where I can purchase a shipping label. It is indeed paid for, and needs to be shipped within one business day.
5. I am now able to ship from this page.
My concern is, what if I was in seller hub and didn't notice that I had two sales to ship? I ship within one business day and could easily get a defect because when I go to print my labels one of the orders was hidden. Screen Shots are below:

This is problematic because if I did not know from my notifications that I had two sales, I would have just gone to print labels and assumed all was fine. I probably would have gotten a defect as I ship within one business day, and the customer of course would be very unhappy to have paid and not received their item.

Yeah, that's definitely concerning @flippingroo. Good thing you spotted it!
I'd venture an educated guess that this is likely a one-off scenario as I haven't yet seen other reports here or on social media. In your shoes I would report it to CS with screenshots (their facebook and twitter channels are good for sending screenshots).
If you see this happen again, definitely come back and let us know. That sale was made this morning and isn't required to ship until Monday, so if you see this happen again at least you'll have the weekend cushion to double-check your orders.
