approved payment method missing?

Hi 

wondering if anyone else is dealng with this (since I cant seem to contact ebay)

I went to bulk edit my listings, and 50 of them came up with an error saying payment info was missing. I exited out and tried again... this time it was 60 listings missing this... I cant seem to fix it and not sure what to do (or why it suddenly happened)
