Over a year ago, due to personal reasons. i was unable to continue selling. it was abrupt and some customers were left without there orders which ebay refunded. as expected my account was restricted. i have found the email they sent me with what i need to do except that it says respond to this email. when i respond on that email address it just gets returned to me saying it doesn't accept incoming emails.
I can not find how to contact the department to appeal. i go round in circles with the auto bot. i can not find the call back feature when i follow those instructions. i have looked through this customer support with people having the same issues but the help leaved me at a dead end.
who and how to i contact a department to ask for reinstatement please.

Oh my I hope you have not been paying that store subscription all this time.
You need to go try your luck to reach customer service on the ebay UK site. You are on the USA site.
