Still can not access any account information. The alert HAS NOT been resolved

Therefore, can not change shipping policies, vacation mode, other business policies. No email or chat contact available with ebay. Since the update, sales have dropped 95%. Awful service from ebay and lack of response is appaling.  A personal response from someone at ebay would be nice please. Do not recommend facebook or twitter help - it is a joke.

Un-Sited members using .com are having trouble using the Help & Contact flow (July 5, 2022 - July 18, 2022)

There have been reports now from members located in Hungary and the Czech Republic that they cannot contact Customer Support. No matter what subject is selected, they always get the message "We didn't find a good match for your search, please try again". It seems to be stuck into a loop and members are unable to get help from a "human" agent.

Hi @beadstory! Apologies for the confusion. It looks like we entered the Alert number wrong so it appeared to be resolved when it is not. We've updated the tech post. Thanks for the tag and heads up!

I am very frustrated.  I was needing to access reports for 2022; however, I cannot access any data on my account older than January 2023.  There is no customer service available except a Chat Bot who thinks "Reports" have only to do with reporting a member on eBay for something.  What happened to chatting with a live agent on chat or a telephone number?  Impossible to access help I need.  As a result, I have put my selling account on hold indefinitely.  I have been selling for over 20 years.
