Your customer service contact is not functioning at all......

None of your customer service issues are functional and have not been functional for several days. I purchased a product from one of your sellers that took my money and then disappeared. I used eBay because I thought that it was safe.

First, let's clarify something.  eBay's CS is not "ours".  When you post a question here, you are addressing a large group of fellow buyers and sellers who volunteer to help others when we can.  We're not eBay employees, therefore, not our customer service.  And they're not our sellers either.

However, if you made a purchase on eBay, and the last estimated delivery date has passed by at least a day, you need to open an item not received case.

You need to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.

You are not contacting eBay on the community forums, we are other buyer and seller that try to help people with questions.

If the estimated arrival date has passed and does not show delivered, open an item not received if passed that date but less then 30 days. If the estimated delivery date has passed, use the Money Back and open item not received. You can access that in your purchase history.

But you're still covered by eBay's MBG... automatically. Good luck. >> eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

If you are trying to start an "item not received" case and you are getting a "technical hiccup" error:

Try using the eBay app, if possible to start the "item not received" case -- I seem to be able to get farther along in the process using the app than when using a desktop browser. At least three users have indicated that they were able to successfully start an "item not received" case through the app when the browser link gave that error message.
