The problem is I haven't recieved an email checked all my emails and checked Junkmail incase it would have had been dropped in there but nothing, Are they waiting for the other part to provide their side of story or what is the deal ?

Your case is on hold

They are probably waiting for the other party to respond to the request before they  close it in your favor. You can always call eBay sand speak with them to see what the next step will be. I am guessing you are the buyer and they are waiting on the seller to respond. If eBay closes the case now the seller will get a worst defect hit then if they work things out with you.

@zamoib You still need to call CS and make sure.  We are not eBay employees and don't know for sure the above explanation is correct.  You would be well advised to verify that the case is waiting for a seller response and not one from you.
