I am seriously trying to reach ebay for urgent question regarding my acct. Now I get this **bleep** error message.

Why is this company (Ebay) so pathetic in the way it treats its users? I've been with ebay > 10 years.

Your new phone system is dirt. Ebay is dirt because it treats its users like dirt.
