I've been selling things on eBay without issue over the last few months, but then last night I started to get an error. I had items in draft and when I completed them, I press the 'list with displayed fees' button but I get a message at the top of the screen that says 'You must choose at least one payment method'. My payment method has always been PayPal and I've never had an issue. If I click the 'Change' link down at the bottom of the page. A dialogue opens. At the top it says 'Make sure your PayPal email address is correct. This is how you get paid'. Underneath that is my correct email address. Underneath that is a check box for cash on collection.
I'm completely stumped. The only way I've found to resolve this is to switch to Business Seller mode where it shows payment method as unticked. When I tick it and click the list button, it works. However, if I switch back to normal mode, it loses all changes.
