You may still be able to use a browser instead of the eBay app.

If you are getting this error using Terapeak or searching sold items, try using a different eBay account to search sold items.

If you are getting this error when signing in, then instead of signing out and back in to different accounts using the app, try using the app for one account and a browser for another account so you can avoid having to sign out. That way you can remain signed in to each account without signing out to switch accounts.

eBay puts limits on the number of times any user can sign in and out using the eBay app per day for security reasons. If you run into this limit, you will have to wait until the next day to sign in to that account using the app.
