I tried to bid on an item and got the above message which also said that this was due to buyer requirements. I haven't purchased from this seller before and when I contacted them they didn't know anything about it? Does anyone know if it is a technical glitch or what is going on?

The title should read 10 days!

This option would also block you if you had even just bid on one of his auctions within the past 10 days.

The seller can fix this by (1) putting your user ID on his buyer exemption list so the block doesn't apply to you; and/or (2) adjust his Buyer Requirements to remove this block.
