Yet another under-charge on shipping

Capture.PNG

Item #183779020301

Box is 12x12x10, 4 lbs.  Original listing had EXACT SAME dimensions, with a $3 handling fee.  Buyer should have been charged 12.73.  Why does this continue to happen?  It's not much, but about 20% of my sales have this discrepancy.  Before it was just SmartPost, now it's happening with Priority too.

I went to your sold listing.

The listing shows $11.93 shipping to me via economy shipping to 92802, and $12.03 for priority shipping.

In your SHIPPING PREFERENCES, are you selecting to charge your buyers your discounted rate plus the $3 handling charge?

Hi @dtexley3, like @disneyshopper, I'm also seeing a $12.03 shipping cost when I view this item. Where are you seeing that the shipping cost should have been $12.73?

That listing is calculating postage for a 4-pound package with a handling fee of $2 (not $3.00). So $12.73 would be the cost to a buyer in Zone 5 if they were charged $10.03 for postage, which is the Priority Mail Commercial Base rate.  Since you're a Top Rated Seller, you'd save 3% on that, which brings your label cost to $9.73.

Thanks @nobody*s_perfect. I checked the listing and also see that it has a $2 handling fee instead of $3.
