Wrong item title prints on invoice and packing slip?

1) My new listings were created by duplication of existing listing.

2) All information in new listing was changed to the new item title, description, sku, etc. and listing information is verified to be all correct for the new items and double checked for accuracy.

3) Customer buys item

4) I print packing slip and invoice to ship item

PROBLEM:

Packing slip and Invoice print out with the WRONG ITEM TITLE... they print with the old item title on them?

Not certain on your specific issue.  My guess it is takes a window of time on site to update and yours sold within that window?

Also, past 2-3 days e-bay has had known issues with packing slips, order detail sheets, etc.  Guessing you got caught in the "glitch" factor.
