Wrong Time conversion in Ebay App

The last tracking info is date 1pm today, but the current local time os 10am. I assume this is an issue with timezones, because of BST. The notification was most likely sent at 1am, but the am/pm code probably uses UTC?

I'm not looking for a fix, take this as a jira ticket for your junior dev.

It doesn't look like eBay is doing any time conversion at all. That is the time stamp that is being shown on the tracking history, on two different tracking websites, so I would assume that it is the local time at the facility in China where it was scanned, 12 Jun 2023 13:06 or 1:06 pm.
