The issue that Ebay has a bug with their "Contact the Seller". I as customer communicated the seller for the items not arrived. The email that goes to seller had the wrong item number attached to it. I kept trying, and multiple times I tried, but the Ebay system wouldn't attach the correct order number associated with that order would link to the message. The number it would associate was a previous order number.. I had to manually cut and paste the order number and the item number to the seller to communicate.
It's a bug that Ebay needs to FIX it.
