Would someone please go to one of my listings pages, click on Visit store and see if it goes to my Store?

When I try doing that, this is what I see.

These links do not work for me:

That link appears in your individual listings under seller info.

That link appears in your "seller's other items" results list on the right side of each listing.

Is there anything I can do to fix the link or is that something eBay needs to do?

Unless you have recently changed your store name -- in which case it may take some time for various links to be updated -- I do not think there is much you can you.

The cgi6.ebay.com links seem to be old links that crop up from time to time that no longer work in most cases.

No recent changes to my store name.

I just got off the phone with CS and the rep was able to duplicate the issue, do screenshots and submitted everything to "the tech team". Hopefully, it will be fixed soon or at least by this coming Christmas 😁

This seems to be the problem area

I've changed the name of my shop to the same as my ebay name, they were different (have been for years and worked fine). This appears to have solved the link on the right (Visit Shop) but not the little red doors on See Other Items but at least its a step in the right direction and better than nothing.

Thank you for sharing your work around. I don't like my user name for my store.

Hi,

I was experiencing similar issues and changed my store name to match my ebay name. How long did it take for your store links to re-update.

I did not change my store name to match my user name. This would be a question for @thesilversquirrel
