I ordered shoes in March. April 6th I opened up a case (eBay won’t allow me to contact the seller at all because of it being shoes with an authenticity guaranty). The case was placed on hold until April 11th, to wait for more documentation from the seller.
Meanwhile, FedEx themselves left me
a voicemail last month telling me how the item can’t be found and that I need to contact the seller in order to have them start the claim process. This was the second time I ordered this same pair of shoes because at least 50% of the time, FedEx somehow “loses” my Nike SB Dunks. Why eBay uses them
is beyond me. But that’s a while
other story.
Anyway, my order number 09-08404-16334 never arrived, I never got a refund, and the case remains placed on hold, days after the “hold” was supposed to be over. Also, eBay won’t give me the “ask eBay to step in” option. Why do I keep getting the runaround?!
