There was a thread (now locked) in 2019 about this happening. Well, it's happening again. I had 8 items successfully close on 2/28 and all went to the unsold folder. I only got them back into the awaiting payment folder by following that old thread and going to the bids and refreshing. One of my buyers has confirmed via eBay message that the received no notices from eBay that they won the auction or an eBay invoice. Suggest eBay resurrect the fix from 2019 and apply it now.
