Why does ebay show AWAITING SHIPPING in my Orders for a transaction that was refunded?

My question is in the title.

I refunded a transaction awhile back, and ebay keeps on showing that I have 1 item that needs shipping.

Do I need to ARCHIVE this listing?  I've never archived anything, but I do want to keep a record of it.

Am I safe to assume you are using the classic awaiting shipment page? If so that is a bug eBay won't fix because the page is going away eventually. If you don't like seeing them you can either delete or archive them. Shouldn't count against your account. The ones I have haven't at least.

I would recommend archiving.  I archive everything just to get it off anything that might be remotely current.  I suspect people that complain about "Ebay re-listing an item that's already sold" is because they don't archive or delete and accidentally do a global re-list and pick those up.

On the old selling page if you scroll down bellow your active listings after you go past the 1st group of active listings you will come to your sold items. You will need to remove the sales record to get the reminder to go away.

No, I am using Seller Hub.

At the end of each month, I print out all of my Sold & shipped listings.  I'll Archive that listing after I do my print out if needed.  It's just a PITA to see that listing every time I go to my Orders.
