Why am I seeing My Login page in Italian?

I hit an "Its Not You" error message and when I clicked the link for help it prompted me to login but the login page was in Italian and I was already logged in.

Clear you browser URL.    Type in www.ebay.com    You should be ok.

Something like that happened to me some weeks ago I was checking my store late at night and the ebay home page was changing to Russian language.  I didn't know what was happening
