I don't have a clue why you're getting that message.

I have been listing pretty much daily without any problems.

Perhaps you could try clearing out your browser history and cookies. You may possibly have a corrupt cookie.

Are you using a VPN or a hotspot? Try using a different network connection.

Or try using the eBay app to list.

Hi,  We here in New Jersey were having similar issues a while back.  Cleared cookies - restarted our P.C. and things have been fine since.  Try it it .  May help.  Good Luck!  (J.B.)
