While Adding/Editing Item Specifics, all the specifics crash/disapear from the listing tool

I have been listing new & editing existing items, and while editing the item specifics, they will occasionally disappear completely.  Not just the one I am editing, but every single one except the UPC code.  The only way to get them all back, is to leave the listing tool, and to start over.

I am also having this problem, sometimes it take a couple minutes to come back, other times I have to refresh the page. I also have an additional problem where I get the disappearing text and grey boxes when clicking list item. Leaving me no choice but to refresh. I seem to be losing listings by doing this however others do process. This whole new template is terrible.
