I continue to have known technical issues after being a member for over 22 years. The most problem one is NOT being able to answer questions. This has been going on for over 6 months with it being reported over 4 times. Just why is eBay continue to ignore technical problems? Is a class action required to get someone to listen and fix these problems? We are paying for a service and not receiving it.

It is quite common that there is a certain link on a certain page that does not work. If you use a different link on a different page, you may still be able to get the feature to work, though.
eBay may have forgotten about the old page entirely and may just be assuming everyone is using the new replacement page that works right, even though many users have not updated their bookmarks or actually prefer the old page. In some instances, users prefer the old page even when it does not work right, and may go out of their way to actively avoid the new page.
