When making a new listing the page loads in the middle, have to scroll to top each time

For the last few days using desktop, every time I go to make a listing the page that loads is scrolled down to enter a description.   I then have to scroll to the top of the page to upload the photos etc which is annoying and a time waste.

Yes, I have noticed this also. I agree with you that it is annoying. There is a thread on the Tools board as well here: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Seller-Tools/Keeps-starting-at-middle-of-page-when-listing-a-item/m-p/... 

So far, I have not found a workaround for this issue. I tried switching to Firefox and encountered the same issue.

As a workaround until the issue is fixed, when the listing page opens, instead of scrolling to get back to the top of the page, hit the "Home" key on your keyboard and you will be back up to the top of the page with a single keystroke.
