I noticed that when I have moved down to the "type" of sale "auction" or "buy it now" and I switch to buy it now as soon as I do that, all my images and my description disappear and I have to re upload and retype description. I am now using notepad to write my description so that I don't have to re-create. I also scroll down past the images upload area and the description area, I choose the "type" of auction first, then scroll back up to upload images and type in description. (so far that is a work around) EBAY!!!! Fix it
