When i click on that bell....

When i click on that bell at the top of the my ebay page it normally tells me if i have any messages or watch reminders or if something i bought has been shipped or if something sold.   Today i clicked on it and this is exactly what it says:

PAID - SHIP NOW

to be shipped

Would ebay want to know about this?

Some of us are seeing that in our private messages. Ebay apparently told one customer it was her fault.

When I click the bell, it often shows me the same alerts I've already clicked on 2 or 3 times. Methinks there are some weird caching issues going on with this site. Is someone developing on the production server?
