When is eBay going to fix the "delete" link on the user's summary watched list? It has been malfunctioning for some time and other people have posted messages about it. Changing to another browser makes no difference.
I called 2 weeks ago and the eBay rep. told me he didn't know the delete link was not working . Well, eBay should be aware of it now, but still nothing has been done to fix the problem. What's taking so long?
I know I can scroll up to the top of the page and click the "delete" button, but that gets to be a hassle when you have to do it over and over to remove every listing that has ended. Why have a link on the screen that doesn't work? Fix it or just remove it completely.
If something on my computer is causing the trouble, tell me what it is and I'll fix it. If eBay doesn't communicate, there's nothing more I can do.

Only eBay can answer if there is a timetable to fix a broken feature.
If scrolling to the top of your Summary page to delete items is too much of a hassle, you can also use the Watch List page to delete those items; once you check a box by an item, the "delete" button appears in a banner at the top of the screen no matter where you are on the page. Or you can check multiple boxes at once, and then use the "delete" button once rather than scrolling back and forth on the Summary page.
There are at least four different ways to delete items from the Watch List using a browser, not including the two methods available on the Summary page. Three ways if you are stuck using Internet Explorer. There are alternatives that allow you to keep using your Watch List.
Is it annoying that eBay has not fixed the issue? Of course.
