Hi,

I got a message from eBay today congratulating me about achieving Top Rated Seller status.

as I understand it your listings have to offer 1 day handling time and free 30 day returns to qualify for the badge and benefits. I immediately amended my listings to reflect these requirements.

I am still not seeing a top rated badge on my feedback page or In any of my listings.

does this take a while to show up? Is this a glitch? Am I doing something wrong?

please help.

Maybe the congratulations was in error. One of the requirements for TRS status is 100 sales transactions within the past 12 months.

I have over 100 sales and $1000’s in sales the past year

I am shown as top rated in my settings but the badge is nowhere to be found on my page or my listings

According to your listings, you are still on vacation:

"This seller is currently away until Feb 27, 2020. If you make a purchase, there may be a delay in processing your order."

And your store:

"ON VACATION UNTIL FEB 27. Incoming orders until my return will require a 7 day handling time. Thanks!"

I am not seeing any "top rated seller" badges in search results on the US site. When I use the Canadian site, I do see some.

Yeah the vacation ends today. Gone for 1 week.

i am still not seeing any TRS badges anywhere even tho I got the messages from eBay earlier today, my settings state I’m a TRS, I meet all the requirements, and all my listings currently meet the requirements.

am I missing something here?

is this a glitch or does it take time to show up?

This apparently isn't about vacation settings or listing specifics. Your basic feedback profile page is not showing that you are a Top Rated Seller. Here's an image from a TRS feedback profile; yours doesn't have this TRS statement, on either eBay.com or eBay.ca:
