Doesn't matter what I search for anymore, almost nothing they show is relevant or even similar. I searched for concrete fountains and I get results for women's clothing. No, I have not tried using another browser. I did clear my cookies and history same nothing shows. Should not be that hard.

When I search for concrete fountain I get 267 results in the Yard, Garden and Outdoor Living category that all appear to at least have those words in the title or item specifics.

If I broaden the search to include Women's Clothing, I do see some "concrete gray" items from the "spring" collection that may be appearing due to the keyword "spring" being related to the keyword "fountain".
If you want to avoid substitutions or synonyms of your keywords, try putting one of your keywords in quotes -- though if you do that you will lose the automatic category navigation and you will have to select the category manually or else your results will come from "All categories" by default.

Ebay is a mess i often dont find what i am looking for or the system is broken and need fixing
seller are adding more listing and not really caring what we are looking for. item may not be there or is under a different name which cause confusion and frustration. i dont spend much time on ebay anymore it is not worth it. unless i need something. just looking for stuff give me headaches. it is slow and inaccurate.
my advice is that it broken and nobody is doing anything about it or have no clue how to fix it.

Are you searching through the menu bar at the top or using advanced search?
After you complete the search are you changing the search results to all categories?
When I search for concrete fountain I'm seeing the same results as eburtonlab. The search defaults to the most relevant category: Yard, Garden & Outdoor Living
Side note: Your screenshot shows sold listings. Are you doing price research? If so, you might find Terapeak to be useful. Terapeak shows actual sold prices for items that were paid for. It will show seller initiated offer prices that regular search will not. It'll also show best offer prices.

I have tried it all ways. For the most part it just doesn't give me what I asked for. Same with Google these days as well. It's all so heavily controlled they show you what they want you to see not what you asked to see. It is more than a little frustrating. They just won't leave anything alone.

You have gotten it right . At least in my opinion. It is broken and nobody is going to fix it. Sometimes I wonder why I am still here.
