The little wheel/gear thing just keeps spinning around...occasionally the pic will finally show up, but by then a potential bidder has hit the back button -- It's been going on for days. Please fix, ebay...

Nice thing is eBay are so effective at ignoring customers and blocking any attempt to contact them
@macchina23 wrote:I'm having the same issues. Only 5 thumbnails are showing even though I uploaded 10. Ive had this issue with other auctions so before I listed this one I looked at my preview and ALL thumbnails showed but once listed only the first 5. And it ISNT a browser issue! I have looked on other browsers and even my Ipad, no difference.
they probably aren't aware of a problem?

I have this problem too, only 11 pictures in any search, but I think its a problem associared with eBay.uk. When I search eBay.com or eBay.au there is no problem. Also the problem only exists on my PC and tablet, the laptop listing is OK.

I have the same problem - called eBay cust. srvc., she told me it was my computer and not eBay... Yeah, right! - I don't have this problem with any other website I visit.
Tried using all other browsers, viewing in a private window - same stuff. It slows down buying by a 1000% if I have to click on each item to see it or if I have to read every description in stead of just visually scanning the images...Could they just address their issues? - I've seen similar posts going back to 2006...

Hello,
I too have recently started to have problems with eBay not displaying images in Google Chrome, I don't normally use IE or Firefox, but the same is happening on those browsers also.
These problems are making eBay impossible to use, as I can't see the items being offered, and some account controls are also affected.
I'm not a computer expert, so I hope you will understand my description of what's happening. Running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit on Intel Quad core
When I request "my eBay Summary" most of the older the items I have added to my watching list are displayed, but at the bottom of the page the "Items you're watching" & "More like your watched item" do not display. Instead I get the space for the picture with a narrow slit with the title of the picture that should be showing showing written in blue.
If I conduct a search, occasionally I get some of the pictures displayed, but most I get the space for the picture with a narrow slit with the title of the picture that should be showing showing written in blue.
If I double click on the slot, a new page opens with the items listing page but the picture box contains "Image is loading - Image not available"
I tried to leave feedback for a seller, but I can't access the star ratings boxes.
Please can you offer any step by step advice. This is crippling Ebay usage.

I have problems too,I use a PC with Window 7,AOL is my brower.
The thumbnails are replaced by a pizza box with some different colors round circles inside, and when I list or revise an item, the button for 'continue' or enter are missing,I have to remember they are where the blanks are and press enter to get the listing completed.
I have tried IE,Chrome,Mozilla and I have the same problem/
I have cleared my cache, temporary files and reload Adobe reader etc,and still does not work.
It is not our problem,it is Ebay

I googled "no thumbnails ebay 2015" and I found another ebay group - don't know what it was- but someone said to run Malwarebytes free download. It fixed it and other peoples too. Makes me wonder how we all ended up with the same prob

I have the same problem too. It's been going on for a couple of weeks now. Since it has not happened before, I'm reasonably confident it's not my computer. If it's a browser problem, ebay needs to work with them on a solution. If the problem isn't resolved by ebay they will lose business starting with mine. Amazon works great. I don't need to spend my time trouble-shooting an issue that isn't my responsibility. I can make other choices.

I am having this probably as well and all I did was relist something that ended. I have never had an issue before. I think it's an EBAy problem. Also, I went out to the products and just did new first to see what others gallery pictures are doing and there are many that are not showing up. 😞 Deb.

Occurred with Firefox after an update. Did not affect any other browsers. I disabled "Tracking Protection" which now comes enabled with Firefox - that cleared the problem.
