What happened to my Photo Editing and Revised Listing?

For days I have not been able to crop my photos on eBay.   I can crop on photo editing on my scan, but that takes longer to do.    Also my Revise your Listing is missing.    I would appreciate any advice on this.    When contacting eBay and requesting a phone call  from their Help & Support, they never return my call.

eBay has changed things a bit.

Try clicking or double-clicking on the image to open the photo editor.

I've been experiencing same issue for about a week and have reported technical glitch twice.  They said it would be resolved in 24 hours.  It is not resolved.  I can't edit photos in listings draft.  I can't click on photo to enlarge and edit.  The only option is the garbage can to delete image.  Truly annoying.

I'm having the same problem.  I can't edit (crop or change exposure) photos in listings draft.  I've reported it twice to ebay.  Still not fixed.  Truly annoying.

Just this very minute went to a "draft".

Double clicked a desired image and have all the options to edit.

PC, windows 10 pro, Edge browser

 

ETA: checked another PC, windows 10 home, Firefox browser.   Can edit there also.
