What am I no longer leaving automatic feedback> EBAY FIX PLEASE

So I noticed today that feedback is not being left for my buyers after they pay.

After a little research what I found is that I cannot leave auto feedback as I do not have Selling Manager Pro. But that comes free with my current store subscription level. So anyone else having this problem and how do I fix?

I had all those problems. They, eBay, had me unsubscribe then re-subscribe to get SMP back. I never had it and I've been paying for it with my premium acct for years. What's up with this site? They need to scrap all this layer upon layer of legacy code and start over. You can only put so many layers of roof to fix the leaky roof in your house before it collapses from the weight all the patches!
