What Happened to my shipping label?

I spent half a day today trying to figure out what went wrong with my shipping label.  The whole process changed and does not work well at all.  I do not get a print my label page on ebay.  It only makes me save the file, download it, then reopen it, then print it.  And by the way the label took up the whole page.  Where did my receipt go?  No more shipping receipts?  It takes me 4 more steps to print a lousy label.  That is wrong with ebay?  Have they lost their minds?  Sellers cant leave negative feedback, we HAVE to take returns, now this. 

Why did they change the page in the first place?

You post isn't a technical issue - just a rant about the new shipping label flow.

You need to change settings using the available options to make the labels print in the desired format and with a receipt.
