This I have been running into with consistency when a buyer inquires about his order, the record order link used to be inside the red circle and it would take you directly to the record information...this one is a ghost link as if you go back a couple times it may reappear...

Here is another one(2nd today) and this one is even stranger as I started chasing it down, the record # link blipped in and right back out, split second, If I was not paying attention I would have missed it...it has not returned....

Considering others haven't reported this, plus your posts indicate you're having other issues with messages, I'm inclined to think this may be something to do with your browser.
Perhaps you have an add-on or an ad blocker interfering. Perhaps your OS/browser are out of date. Perhaps it's that specific browser and the issue won't replicate with other browsers.
I suggest doing some basic troubleshooting to start.

I will investigate further, but I am one who when somethings works I leave it alone...with that being said I have changed nothing browser wise nor the settings., as I was about the check the display size to see where the issue is with the messages folder, they have gotten less exposed where I could see the edge of the slider before(as shown in 1st pic on that thread), now the slider is gone too...These issues, same with dead button links, and send offers etc. all seems to revolve and are in the message area...and until today where I usually get a fair number of messages, there have been maybe 2 in the last 3 days which is very unusual...I do have a thought and will try something and let you know whether or not it makes a difference.

When was the last time you cleared your browser cache/cookies?
When was the last time you rebooted your computer?
There can be problems even when you change nothing on your end, and the problem can still be tied to the browser or similar factors.

Signed in .ca and the order link is in place each occasion, been working through .ca most of day have not checked yet .com to see if mirrors it and visible.
As I said I leave things alone on my end that work and has the same settings as last year etc. Clear every session, same browser, same same, only things that change(add) are windows updates.
Been at it for 12hrs now, done for the day...thankfully. Thank You! your help is appreciated. Just getting real tired of day after day of issues/glitches/etc. makes it difficult to focus on sales and customers...
