This all happen last night trying to answer a buyers question then there it goes .anybody knows how to fix this

A lot of people are having problems with messages. Click the ? icon on the lower right of the page, then near the bottom of that pop up select the option to file a tech report. (If on the app you can shake to report.) The more people reporting, the higher priority it gets from eBay.
In the meantime, you may have luck using the app instead of a browser or vice versa.

Try using the eBay app to view your messages. Or a desktop browser.
Mobile browsers seem to have problems at the moment.
If you have eBay messages forwarded to your email, try replying directly to the email.
