We've looked everywhere

Today makes the 3rd day in a row of eBay not being accessible for about an hour or so. I go to list and then I get the "we've looked everywhere" and that the homepage is down message and nothing works.

Same problem here for about 4 weeks. There have been many posts about this and I have not seen a single reply from any eBay Tech Support addressing it. 

The only fix-it advice anyone seems to have is "Buy a new computer, create a different eBay account, change everything about how you do everything because clearly eBay does not give a cr#p about this and one of these other ridiculous complicated solutions might have a 10% chance of actually working."

Been going on for over a month now and ebay says its not their problem. I only get it when I try to list something. I hit "list it" or "save for later" and it just sits and thinks....then if I click on "Ebay" I get the error you mention.
