This message is up on my eBay app home page for the last two days it feels like it also affected my sales. Anyone having the same problem?

What version number of the app are you using? And what operating system version?

 

What happens if you use a browser instead of the app?

I’m using the latest version on apple App Store

I see the same but it doesn't affect my sales. I always use Safari web browser on my iPad. 
iPad is updated to 18.1.1 

eBay app is 6.186.1

Does the same error appear when using Safari? Or another non-Safari browser?

 

I have not seen an error like that using either the latest Android version of the eBay app or a browser.

I am seeing 3900 listings. Unless you are getting that message when trying to generate postage, don't see how it would affect sales? The issue would be at your end, not the buyers.

I was having a lot of issues yesterday with iOS eBay app v 6.187.0.6 but I didn't get any error messages. I was getting a more or less blank screen - just some square outlines where stuff was supposed to be and no text. It all cleared up by yesterday evening.

 

Are you still having issues today @kingkong0330 ? If you are, when was the last time you rebooted your device? If you haven't done it within the past couple days you've been getting the error, I suggest trying that.
