I have a problem when I'm trying to leave feedback on the "Leave Feedback" page. At the bottom of the screen several red boxes with the message: We ran into a problem. Please refresh the page and try again.

Its been happening for a few weeks now and I can't find a solution anywhere. It happens on different computers so I know my laptop or my computer isn't the problem. I even cleared my internet history and tried leaving feedback in incognito mode but the problem still occurs.

The error may be related to the page itself rather than leaving feedback. It certainly appears that you have been able to leave feedback for many transactions over the last month.

If a check of your feedback left for others indicates that your comments are not being left, try leaving feedback from another page, such as this one:

If that is the same page you have been using or you still are unable to leave feedback, try leaving feedback on the Canadian eBay site:

I can still leave feedback from my sold page but when I try to do it on the feedback page those errors constantly show up at the bottom of the page.
