Account suspended permanently

Hi everyone,

This past week I made 5 purchases in adidas' store in Ebay with the 50% off.

My credit card has been charged with the purchases and items have shipped.

Today I wake up with an email saying that my Ebay account has been suspended permanently because I am a risk for the eBay community.

I contacted support and they say they don't make this decision lightly and that I can't appeal.

My only purchases are highly rated by adidas.

This doesn't make any sense.

Also I am not from the US so they cannot call me at my phone, it seems it only works for US/Canada.

I am writing this from a new account since I cannot access the community with my suspended account.

I hope this is not deleted and I get some clarity on what's the issue.

Suspended from buying is hard to accomplish. 

Accounts can get suspended for fraudulent transactions or being related to another suspended account in some way. Related to a previously suspended account, family member's suspended account or even a suspended account tied to the same IP address.

Nobody in my house has an eBay account so that theory doesn't make sense at all.

Also I have been charged by adidas for the first purchase (meaning I login to my bank app and in the credit card section it already shows the full amount). The second purchase will be visible Monday in the app I guess.

That was my first and only eBay account until I created this one to try and get some clarity from the community.

If you look at my Profile https://www.ebay.com/usr/nickaco_62 it showed only the adidas rating they gave me and it's great.

I have never been through something like this, and the Customer Service is really bad if their response is 'we don't make this decisions lightly and it cannot be appealed'.

I hope this post can make them review my case and even if they will not provide me my account back, at least give some credible information about why it was suspended.

Because for buying with the adidas 50% off is just not enough.
